Having started a qualification campaign with four wins out of four for the first time ever, will 2023 keep just getting better and better for Scotland?

All of this means Scotland are sitting pretty at the top of Group A, with maximum points to their name, and they could mathematically qualify as early as next week, despite facing England in a friendly on Tuesday.
For that to be a possibility, Clarkeβs side must take care of business in Larnacaβs scorching heat, so will the traveling Tartan Army have another victory to celebrate?
This is the most-likely outcome, given that Cyprus are currently bottom of the section, yet to get off the mark.
Following their defeat at Hampden, Temur Ketsbaiaβs team have been beaten 2-1 by Georgia and then 3-1 in Norway.
Overall, Cyprus have won just four of their last 28 competitive outings, a period that includes a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Scotland in Nicosia in November 2019.
So, an away win should be on the cards at Georgios Karapatakis AEK Arena.

Striker Pieros Sotiriou is the top-scorer in this squad, although his 12th, and most-recent, came in March 2022.

Scott McTominay has played just seven minutes for Manchester United so far this season but, having scored five in four qualifiers so far, remains a key player at international level.
Meanwhile, John McGinn has scored in Scotlandβs last two meetings with Cyprus, hoping to make that three on the spin in Larnaca.
