Can Albania keep pace with Group E’s two heavyweights?
On Saturday, the Black and Reds get off the mark in Euro 2024 qualifying by beating Moldova 2-0 in Tirana.

The Faroes have enjoyed success in the last two editions of the UEFA Nations League, but have won only two of their last 25 European Qualifiers, beating Malta in 2019 and Moldova in 2021.
So, it won’t be easy, but Albania should be able to leave Tórsvøllur with the win they need.

Klæmint Olsen and Heini Vatnsdal were the scorers the last time the Faroe Islands won a qualifier two years ago, but Olsen, who’s the squad’s top-scorer, could be left on the bench here, with Petur Knudsen leading the line.
Albania team news
Star striker Armando Broja is out long-term, so Sokol Cikalleshi will keep his place up front.
Etrit Berisha will captain the side in goal, with Aberdeen midfield Ylber Ramadani also starting.
